Shotivo’s core screenshot tools are available on Free. Pro changes the limits and maximum retention for cloud sharing.

What Free includes

  • Capture a region, window, or full screen.
  • Annotate with pen, arrow, rectangle, ellipse, line, text, highlight, blur, pixelate, crop, undo, and redo.
  • Copy to the clipboard and save locally.
  • Share without an account and copy the link automatically.
  • Upload up to 10 MB per share.
  • Create up to 10 shares per day, with 25 active shares.
  • 512 MB of shared storage per installation.
  • Keep shared links for 7 days.

What Pro adds

Pro is an auto-renewing yearly subscription purchased in the app through Apple’s in-app purchase system. See the pricing page for the current price in your region.

  • Upload up to 50 MB per share.
  • Create up to 500 shares per day, with 1,000 active shares.
  • 4 GB of shared storage per installation.
  • Keep shared links for up to 90 days; the default is 90 days.

Capture, annotation, copying, local saving, and the standard share-link format remain available on Free.

Choosing a plan

Free is enough for occasional sharing and most short-lived support or bug-report links. Pro makes sense when you regularly approach Free’s upload, daily, or active-share limits, or when a link needs to remain available beyond 7 days.

A Pro share can still be set to expire sooner. The page itself shows the exact expiration date for every link.

Upgrading, cancelling, and restoring

  • Upgrade: purchase Pro in the app. Apple handles the purchase and subscription status.
  • Cancel: turn off renewal in your App Store subscription settings before the period ends.
  • Restore: use Settings → Pro → Restore Purchases after reinstalling or changing Mac.

The 7-day Free retention and up-to-90-day Pro retention are the current public plan limits.
