Summary of the Standard EULA

This summary is for convenience only. The authoritative text is the Apple Standard EULA linked above.

  • License is non-transferable, for use on Apple-branded products you own or control, per App Store Usage Rules.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive source code, except as allowed by law.
  • The Licensed Application may capture screen content only after you grant Screen Recording permission and request a capture (region/window/screen). Local screenshots never leave your Mac unless you choose to Share.
  • Pro features are unlocked via auto-renewable in-app purchase (com.shotivo.pro.yearly, $9.99/year). Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds. See Terms for the full subscription disclosure and Privacy Policy.
  • Maintenance and support are provided by Valens.dev (Shotivo, support@shotivo.app), not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support.

Consent to data use

By using the app you consent that we may collect and use technical data and related information (e.g. macOS version, device performance, crash logs) only as described in our Privacy Policy and only to improve the Service, and only if you have left analytics enabled (off by default).

Termination

The license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with the EULA. Upon termination you must cease use and delete all copies of the Licensed Application.

Third-party terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app (e.g. not capturing content you lack rights to share). See Terms of Use for acceptable use.
